Professional couple looking for their first apartment together in Electric Avenue. We are looking for a 1BR / 1BR+Den / 2BR from November 1st onwards and are happy to sign a one-year lease. We are currently on a month-to-month lease in the downtown area and can move on short notice. She’s a teacher and I’m a video game animator and we are the perfect tenants to have.
