I am a friendly, responsible/dependable, clean and mature single male. I am an HR Manager at a large post-secondary institution.
Looking for a downtown area condo rental for March 1, 2007 (or earlier), approx. between $950-1000/mo. I am also willing to sacrifice space for amenities: in-suite laundry strongly preferred (also prefer newer building, dishwasher, fitness facilities, etc) as I’m often out and about.
