Non-smoking, clean, quiet, professional couple looking for a 1 bedroom apartment in any spectrum tower.

We are emigrating to Vancouver from the United Kingdom, where we currently own our own property. Rent is guaranteed to be on time. We both have an excellent credit history and will be working full time in Vancouver.

We are seeking a 1 year lease on an unfurnished apartment with 1 parking space for around $1400 per month.
