2010 there were 78 Sales, average 44 Days on the market, and the average $ per square foot was $622 / SF.
2011 there were 44 Sales, average 45 Days on the market, and the average $ per square foot was $643 / SF.
2012 there were 40 Sales, average 44 Days on the market, and the average $ per square foot was $653 / SF.



$1,000,000 to $2,000,000 for the Month of January 1 to January 31st

2010 there were 18 Sales, average 53 Days on the market, and the average $ per square foot was $836 / SF.
