Rental Wanted at Electric Avenue

I am a young professional working at an investment bank in Vancouver seeking a 1-bedroom apartment in the downtown core for August 1.

I am responsible, professional, and very quiet - in part due to the fact that my long work hours often have me in my apartment for only a few hours each day. I have housing, employment, and character references available on request. I don't smoke or have pets, and am willing to sign up to a year lease. Unfurnished is preferred, and I would need a parking space.

I'm looking for a high-quality 1-bedroom apartment in the $1200-$1500 range. Den/balcony would be preferable, and newer buildings are preferable. Yaletown, along the Burrard, Georgia, or Robson corridors would be ideal. West End, Gastown apartments aren't perfect. The closer to Burrard & Georgia, the better. Electric Avenue would be a great solution.

Feel free to get in touch if you need a great, no-hassle tenant starting Aug 1!

Regards,

Mike Scott
