2 Bedroom Wanted
We are a responsible, clean, quiet, non-smoking married couple and we have excellent references & credit. We both have secure employment. We are looking for something longer term, probably a few years or more. We have a quiet, well-behaved indoor-only cat, and we have a shelving unit for the balcony which keeps her litter out of the house & tidy.
We are looking for a 2 bed (possibly a 1 bed+den) apartment in Yaletown. We would like over 650 square feet with a decent outlook (ie: not a brickwall or parking lot). The suite must have insuite laundry, a dishwasher and a open balcony. We are willing to pay maximum $1700 p/month.
We are great tenants and we will take great care of your place. We are flexible with respect to when we can move - July, Aug, Sept, Oct dates all work for us.
