WANTED Electric Avenue Studio for Rent
I am looking for a studio apartment either at 933 Hornby Street or 938 Smithe Street beginning November 1, 2010. I prefer a studio apartment that is intended as a rental and available for a long-term lease (a couple of years at least). I have been living in my current apartment in Yaletown since May 2008 and moving only because the landlord will begin occupying the apartment herself beginning November 1. I can provide an excellent reference from my current landlord and have been an ideal, hassle-free, and problem-fee renter (always paid rent in full and on time, no pets, non-smoker, responsible, and quiet lifestyle).
